Introduction:

Exclusive Cleaning Services (ECS) has an immediate need for a part-time Commercial Cleaner.  The position is based in Novi and will work primarily from 5 pm to 8 pm 3-4 days per week.  The minimum scheduled time for this position is 9 hours per week including weekends.  This position is great for a teenager looking to work a few hours after school, someone looking to make a little extra on the side, or a retiree looking to stay busy.

Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, ECS provides custodial services across southeast Michigan.  The commercial cleaner is responsible for ensuring client facilities are clean and well-maintained. Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude is a must. A successful candidate in this role is punctual, can work independently and as part of a team, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

• Sanitize and disinfecting all high-touch surface areas

• Clean bathrooms (sinks, mirrors, toilets, etc.)

• Empty trash bins

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned
